Jay's Way Works runs the Jay's Way Weekly email newsletter and related content properties, including Jay's Way, The Shirtheads, and the Inner Circle community. This policy explains what we collect when you join the email list or fill out one of our forms, and what we do with it.
When you sign up through our website, a landing page, or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we may collect:
We do not collect payment information through our sign-up forms, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We do share it with the service providers that help us run the business, such as our email marketing platform and Meta, for ad delivery and lead form processing. Those providers only use your information to provide services to us.
If you sign up through a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, your information is submitted to us through Meta's platform. Meta's own privacy policy also applies to how they handle your data during that process. You can read it at facebook.com/privacy/policy.
Our pages may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how people find and use the site. This is standard traffic measurement, not individual tracking. You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. No guilt trips, no exit survey. If you want us to delete your information entirely, email jay@jaysway.works and we will take care of it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes get posted on this page with a new effective date.
